The Owner
Hi, it’s Jake, a former lineman who found his passion in building and creating. I started this business because I love working with machinery, planning home builds, and helping families turn their ideas into something real. I am a young and driven business owner who sets goals and follows through until the job is done the right way. If I do not know an answer, I find it. I research, ask questions, and make sure I can give clear, honest information to the people who trust me with their homes.

I have been married for seven years and have two boys who motivate me every day. I work hard to give my family the best life I can, and I try to teach my boys the importance of respect, responsibility, and putting your whole heart into what you do. My faith guides both my work and my life. I hold onto this verse from Colossians 3:23. “And whatsoever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not unto men.” It shapes the way I treat people, the way I build, and the way I run this company.

The Background
Nohr-Way began in the fall of 2024 after I personally struggled to find reliable help for the services I now offer. Communication was difficult, prices were unclear, and hidden fees made every step more stressful. I wanted to create a business that did things differently. Nohr-Way was built to give people a straightforward, personal, and honest experience from the very beginning.
Today, the services include new home construction, whole home remodeling, house demolition, land clearing, land maintenance, brush clearing, small logging, storm cleanup, and trail making. What makes this business stand out is the way customers are treated. I respond quickly, prefer face to face conversations, and keep the process clear from start to finish. People deserve honesty, respect, and someone who listens, and that is the foundation of every project at Nohr-Way.
